• My first time drinking.

  Yesterday was crazy. I hung out with Olivia and Ying after I tutored Katrina. We went to a Viet restaurant to eat because it was 4PM and I didn't eat breakfast or lunch yet. Olivia went to the bathroom to pour a mixed drink for me to try into a water bottle. Absolute Vodka mixed with cranberry juice. It tasted good, thanks to the juice. After eating, we went to Olivia's to play games and just hang out (while drinking). Ended up playing Pictionary, and the loser of that round of drawing had to take a long sip out of our huge cups of mixed drinks. Ying kept losing and then out of nowhere she was like "Fuck this, I'd rather just take a shot for losing", which hyped Olivia up. Olivia took out her shot glass and poured Ying a shot of vodka. Ying pretty much choked on that shit and gulped down her mixed drink as chaser. Like, 2 minutes after, she got super red in the face and started speaking gibberish. Seeing how fucked up Ying was from just 1 shot, Olivia wanted me to take one too. I didn't want to do a full shot all at once because it looked like too much for one gulp, so I split it in half. Took 2 half shots, a few minutes apart, while chasing it with the mixed drink. By then, I finished my mixed drink, which contained roughly another shot and half a cup of cranberry juice, so total of about 2 shots right there. Olivia expected me to end up like Ying, but I felt fine. Just felt the alcohol going down my stomach, but other than that I was good. I felt hungry too, so I asked for a peanut butter sandwich. Ying could barely walk straight without trying very hard, and I still felt fine. Olivia insisted that I take another shot, so I did. We went to the living room after mixing me another drink. Olivia turned on NetFlix on the TV and was about to put on some stand up comedy. Five minutes and another glass of mixed drink later (~4 shots), I started to feel the alcohol taking effect. Everything was kind of spinning and slow. The weird thing is, I found everything funny when I was buzzed/tipsy. Kept laughing hysterically at pretty much nothing. LOL It seemed more like I was high than buzzed, but I felt so good!

  I got invited to my brother's friend Leo's birthday party earlier in the day, and was told to bring my friends along too. Right after I started feeling buzzed, I got a text from them and was told to go to XO to eat dinner with them. I said ok because we felt like it would be hilarious to crash the party all tipsy and shit, but we didn't move for a good 20 minutes. My brother called me and asked me where the fuck I was at, and I started talking, but laughing at the same time. Olivia shouted out on the side that I was drunk and my brother was like "wtf you're drunk? Get your ass here now" LOL then I told him to call our parents to tell them we're not coming home for dinner because I felt like I might slip up and they'll realize that I'm fucked up. So the three of us stumbled around and made our way to the restaurant while laughing our asses off. It looked like it was about to rain, so we stopped by BJ 99 and Ying shoplifted an umbrella from the 99 cent store right in front of a security camera LOLOL. Such a messy job when drunk! But we got away with it, so whatevs. When we got to the restaurant, I collapsed into a chair and wished Leo a happy birthday while giggling like mad. My brother, his girlfriend, JJM and his gf and Leo were all staring at me and laughing cause I probably looked and sounded ridiculous. It was funny. I kept saying nonsensical things and everyone was pretty much just laughing at me. Seeing me and my friends all fucked up, my brother's friends opened up their own bottle of vodka and poured drinks for themselves too. Think my brother was kinda tipsy at one point too, because his head was in his girlfriend's lap and she didn't look too happy. I apologized to her for being so fucked up and then my brother said sorry too. He said he probably can't take me home anymore cause he was pretty tipsy too, so I told her that she needs to take us both home lmfao. After dinner, JJM passed around cake and we (Olivia, Yng and I) decided to just share 1. I broke my fork while eating cause I bent it backwards and it snapped in half. It was plastic, ofc. Ying and Olivia were like wtf why'd you break it? I was like wtf? Isn't it just supposed to bend? So I tried it again when they weren't and it broke off even more. I thought they wouldn't notice, but they did and called me out on it. "Did that fork get even shorter?" LOL FFS how'd they know?? :[ After a few hours the alcohol started to wear off and I felt less dizzy. Olivia had work early, so we left first at 9:30ish and walked back to her place. I started sobering up already, so I took another shot before leaving, but there was no effect. owell. No hangover, didn't feel sick. GREAT DAY.
